History
History
The community was expelled from Ein Gedi in 1948. They moved towards their grazing lands to the west. Some settled in this area in the desert and others settled in a planned compound that was offered to them by the state, which is Arab Arashaydeh village.

During the summer many from the community (mainly elders and students) move to their houses in Arab Arashaydeh village. In the spring and winter they spend their time in the desert.
